How listings are vetted

  1. 1

    Start from the record

Every listing begins as a public business record found by device brand: ZYTO, BICOM, AO Scan and more.

  2. 2

    Keep the practitioners

Device sellers, training schools and network marketing pages are left out. Duplicates are merged.

  3. 3

    Read the website

Each practitioner's own site says which device they use and whether they offer remote sessions.

  4. 4

Say when we do not know

No website to read means "not enough info" on the listing, never a guess.

Every listing starts from public business records and Google Maps, found by the name of the device a practitioner uses. We keep practitioners who offer scan sessions to clients, and leave out device sellers, training schools and network marketing pages. Duplicates are merged.

Owners can claim a listing to correct details or add photos. A person checks every claim. Published by Andrei Ploiesteanu.

How to choose a bioresonance practitioner

A bioresonance or biofeedback scan is a wellness session. A practitioner connects you to a device, usually through a hand cradle, hand electrodes or a headset, and the software shows a report that the practitioner talks through with you. It is not a medical test, and no device listed here is a substitute for a doctor. Seen that way, choosing a practitioner comes down to four things.

1. The device

Practitioners on ScannerFinder use different systems: ZYTO (140 practitioners), SCIO and Indigo (79), AO Scan (63), Asyra and Qest4 (62), BICOM (25) and more. If someone recommended a particular device to you, start from its page. Many practitioners do not name their device online, so ask on the phone which one they use and which version.

2. The practice around the scan

The scan is rarely the whole service. It sits inside a naturopathic practice, a nutrition or coaching practice, a massage or skin care studio, a chiropractic office. The description on each listing says what else the practice offers. Pick the practice whose other work fits what you are looking for, because that is where the conversation after the scan will go.

3. In person or remote

176 practitioners state that they offer remote sessions, by video, by phone or with a sample sent by post. That widens the choice if there is no one near you. Ask how a remote session works in practice, what you need at home and how the report reaches you. 61 practitioners also offer sessions for pets and horses.

4. Questions for the first call

How long is a first session, and how long is a follow up? What happens after the scan: a talk, a plan, a product recommendation? Is there a package, and can you book one session first? 64 practitioners offer a free first consultation, which is the easiest way to ask all of this before you commit. Read the rating together with the number of reviews: a 5.0 from three reviews tells you less than a 4.8 from a hundred.

Prices are not shown here until a practitioner confirms them, so ask on the call. If a practitioner tells you a scan can diagnose or cure a condition, treat that as a reason to keep looking, and take any health concern to a licensed healthcare professional.

Frequently asked questions

What is a bioresonance or biofeedback scan session?

It is a wellness session in which a practitioner connects you to a device, through a hand cradle, hand electrodes or a headset, and talks you through the report the software shows. Sessions are offered as wellness services. They are not medical tests and are not a substitute for a doctor.

How do I find a practitioner who uses a specific device?

Use the device pages: ZYTO, SCIO and Indigo, AO Scan, Asyra and Qest4, BICOM, NES Health, NLS, Rayonex, MORA and TimeWaver each have a page, and the larger ones have a page per country. A device appears on a listing only when the practitioner names it.

Can I book a session if there is no practitioner near me?

Often, yes. Many practitioners offer remote sessions by video, by phone or with a sample sent by post. They are gathered on the remote sessions page, with the country and the device for each one.

Why are session prices not shown?

Prices on practice websites are often out of date, so ScannerFinder shows a price only after the practitioner confirms it. Until then, ask on the phone, or book a free first consultation where one is offered.

How are practitioners chosen for the directory?

Each one was found by the name of the device they use and checked against their own website. Device sellers, training schools and network marketing pages are left out. Basic listings are free, and featured placements are always marked.

I offer scan sessions and I am not listed. How do I get added?

Use the claim form. Tell us your practice name, your town and the device you use, and a person checks the details before the listing goes live. Claiming and correcting a listing is free.
